Ritu is co-founder and VP of Viking Holdings LLC. She has a wealth of knowledge in the acquisition space, specializing in mixed-use buildings and small lot subdivisions. She is an innovative and creative leader and brings to the team her keen eye for underperforming markets and optimization of spaces to best suit different communities. Ritu is a proud LA native and a graduate of UC Berkeley and USC.
